What are your rates?
Every project is unique and comes with its own set of requirements, such as the number of products and deliverables, complexity of styling, intended usage (e.g.: website, social media, print), and other specific factors. Therefore we custom quote to ensure that you get a tailored offer based on your project’s individual needs and available budget.
How do we get started?
Start by filling out our contact form and we can do an intro zoom call. After our intro call where we learn about your product, we will get back to you within 48 hours with a customized project proposal. We encourage you to provide as much information as possible – this will ensure that the quote you receive is accurate. Once you have approved our proposal, we will discuss timelines and have you sign a contract and pay a deposit. Once the deposit is received we will officially get started!
What is your turnaround time?
Depending on the scope of a project and our availability our turnaround time is anywhere between 7-14 working days. Turnaround time may vary depending on the project size and sourcing for any props etc. We recommend inquiring and meeting with us in advance to secure your shoot slot. We will do our best to accommodate to your deadline.
What factors influence the project date?
The cost varies based on factors such as the number of products, the complexity of styling, the type of deliverables (images, stop-motion, video), and usage rights. Our custom quotes take all these factors into consideration.
Can I provide specific guidelines for the photography and/or video shoot?
Absolutely! We encourage clients to share their creative vision, styling preferences, and any specific guidelines they have in mind. Collaboration ensures that the final output aligns with your brand’s identity and preferences. For full collection shoots we will probably recommend a test shoot so we can dial in your exact preference before we shoot your entire collection.
Does the use of props come at an extra cost?
We offer an extensive selection of props and backdrops in our studio to enhance the visual appeal of your products. The good news is that the use of our existing collection of props and backdrops is already included in our standard rates. This means you can choose from a variety of options to complement your products without incurring additional charges.
If your project requires any fresh, perishable, or custom props that need to be specifically acquired or crafted, there may be an additional cost associated with these. However, rest assured that we will discuss and confirm any extra charges before incorporating such props into your shoot.
For clients seeking a completely custom set build that goes beyond our existing prop collection, we are more than happy to discuss the possibilities and associated rates with you. Our goal is to provide you with the flexibility to create the perfect ambiance for your products while ensuring transparency in pricing.

Do you work with clients outside of Idaho?
Yes, as long as you can ship your products to us – we will create stunning visuals that meet your requirements. Please make sure to provide us with the necessary information through our project briefing, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Do you return my products?
If you wish your products to be shipped back to you, we can gladly do so as long as you cover the return postage fee. Please note that your products will only be stored for up to 30 days. Also note that when we make photos and videos for you, we tend to open and use products. If it is a product that can be opened and used, it's pretty standard to not send it back. But, lets discuss this in our zoom call!
Do you provide a selection of shots to choose from?
Our commitment to you begins with understanding your brand, your goals, and your audience. We start by working closely with you to define a clear brief and a comprehensive shot list. This collaborative process ensures that every image we create is aligned with your specific concept and ideas.

With all that being said, YES we do take extra photos. There is a proofing process after the shoot and you will see additional photos in the proof sheets that you can choose to add to your final order if you'd like. It is pretty normal to try all sorts of different angles while we are shooting, and we want you to pick the ones you love the most!
What are your payment terms?
We require a 50% deposit to book a shooting slot with us – please note that this deposit is non-refundable. The other half of the payment is due prior to the final assets delivery.
Does your rate include Creative Direction?
Not exactly. We highly recommend booking Creative Direction, especially if you’re seeking assistance with creative ideas, mood boards, and shot lists. This service is designed to ensure that the final outcome aligns perfectly with your expectations and vision. It’s particularly valuable for clients who may not have fully developed ideas yet and are looking for expert guidance in shaping their project.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking our services at least 4-6 weeks in advance of your desired project delivery date. This lead time allows us to ensure that we can accommodate your project effectively.
In the event that you need to book on shorter notice, please be aware that rush fees may apply. These fees are necessary to prioritize and expedite your project in our schedule to meet your tight deadlines.
Please keep in mind that our availability can vary, and the number of available shoot spaces may be limited, especially during peak seasons. To secure your preferred slot and guarantee our availability, we advise inquiring and booking in advance whenever possible.
Can you design an ad for me?
Of course! We are proud to offer in-house graphic design, which helps us complete your entire project from start to finish. We can plan for copy space when taking your photos and then design a custom ad for you to just plug and play online or in printed media. We can easily create eye-catching Amazon images with infographics and more. This ensures that people will click on your product when they are scrolling feverishly.
Can you photograph the rest of my business?
